David Charles Gore is Professor & Department Head in the Department of Communication at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is the author of The Voice of the People: Political Rhetoric in the Book of Mormon published by the Neal A. Maxwell Institute in 2019 and co-author, with Joshua Trey Barnett, of “Dwelling in the Anthropocene: Notes from Lake Superior,” an essay to be published in the next issue of Ethics & the Environment. He resides in Duluth, Minnesota with his wife Kathy Gore, R.Ph., and their five children.
