David Gilgen
DAVID GILGEN graduated from the University of Otago Medical School, Dunedin, New Zealand, in 1983 (M.B., Ch.B.). He then undertook postgraduate studies in psychiatry and has since worked in general medical practice in Auckland and Waikato. He is currently involved with the delivery of health care from a Marae-based setting in Waikato. His Maori tribal affiliation is Waikato Tainui.
