David Gilgen

DAVID GILGEN graduated from the University of Otago Medical School, Dunedin, New Zealand, in 1983 (M.B., Ch.B.). He then undertook post￾graduate studies in psychiatry and has since worked in general medical practice in Auckland and Waikato. He is currently involved with the de￾livery of health care from a Marae-based setting in Waikato. His Maori tribal affiliation is Waikato Tainui.
