Larry Day

LARRY DAY’s mother, Edna Hickman Day, a gifted poet and writer, and his fa￾ther, William Franklin Day, a gifted electrician and a telephone company pio￾neer, were born in the late nineteenth century. They are central to everything good Larry has accomplished. Now, in the first decade of the twenty-first century, Larry is grateful to Dialogue for the opportunity to say, “Thank you, Mom; thank you, Dad.”
