T. Leonard Rowley

Leonard was born on February 22, 1924, in Parowan Utah, to George S. and Cora M. Rowley. He graduated from Parowan High School; served three years in the U.S. Army Air Corps and two years in the Western States LDS Mission. He married Wanda Whitmore on September 9, 1949 in the Salt Lake Temple. He graduated from Brigham Young University and received a doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota.
