Vernon K. Robbins

VERNON K. ROBBINS is Professor of Religion in the Department and Gradu￾ate Division of Religion, and the Program in Classical Studies, at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. He is the author of Jesus the Teacher (1984, 1992), Ancient Quotes and Anecdotes (1989), and New Boundaries in Old Ter￾ritory (1994). He is currently completing two book manuscripts on socio￾rhetorical criticism.
