Victoria Ramirez

VICTORIA RAMIREZ, originally from New York, taught for almost a decade in England, Nigeria, Japan, and Algeria before entering her Ph.D. program at the State University of New York, Binghamton. Now an associate professor of English at Weber State Univer￾sity, she has published literary criticism (on such topics as African women writers), po￾etry, book and arts reviews, and interviews. She is writing a Revolutionary War novel set in southern New York.
