DAVID K. ISOM {[email protected]} is a lawyer practicing complex civil litigation in Salt Lake City, Utah. He received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Brigham Young University in 1974 and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University Law School in 1977. He is the author of several legal articles on civil litigation and electronic discovery and coeditor of Information Security for Lawyers and Law Firms (American Bar Association, 2006).
